π¦π₯ The 2025 Crawfish and Shrimp Boil was a rollicking success. With proceeds of over $10,000 π° the event set a record for a boil. We cannot say enough to thank the cooks, sponsors, volunteers and participants π.
π¨βπ³π©βπ³ The Moon River Cajun Cooks Next Generation is a unique group. Many of the cooks grew up watching their parents cook at crawfish boils, namely at the Moon River Bar and Grill π‘π», a legendary local spot, now closed, that was at the end of Paleface Ranch Road, aka FM 2322. This group of young folks continues to keep the craft and the coveted recipe for cooking crawfish and the spirit of giving to their community alive and kicking β€οΈπ¦.
